TRACII GUNS Says Reunion Of Original L.A. GUNS Is 'Not Going To Happen'
October 29, 2005Former L.A. GUNS guitarist Tracii Guns has shot down rumors of a possible reunion of the group's original lineup for a U.S. tour in early 2006.
In a recent interview with Sleaze Roxx, original singer Paul Black said about the reunion talk, "It looked good at first. Then it looked like it wasn't gonna happen. But I talked to Tracii yesterday and he's looking forward to all of us playing together again. JETBOY is planning to play with us if we do it and now the ZEROS and a lot of other bands want on the bill. We might just do one show in Hollywood and one in San Francisco. Or we might not do it at all, we'll see."
In a brand-new online posting (dated Oct. 29),Guns offered the following update on a possible L.A. GUNS reunion trek: "Mick [Cripps], Kelly [Nickels], Nickey [Alexander], Paul [Black] and I talked about it. We talked about doing seven shows. IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!! There is no reason for it to happen…"
